Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate with ALDI, responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining store cleanliness. You will play a vital role in enhancing the customer shopping experience by providing exceptional service and collaborating with the ALDI team.
Position Details
- Position Type: Full-Time
- Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
- Starting Wage: $18.50 per hour
Key Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI Acts Competencies and professionalism
- Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise
- Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers
- Communicate effectively with team members and management
- Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues
- Participate in inventory counts and uphold cash policies
- Adhere to company policies and uphold document security
Requirements
- Minimum age requirement: 18 years
- Efficient cash register operation and customer service skills
- Ability to operate equipment and perform cleaning tasks
- Strong communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team
- Detail-oriented, organized, and adept at multitasking
- Ability to meet local requirements for alcohol handling
- Prior retail experience preferred
Educational Background
- High School Diploma or equivalent (preferred)
- Relevant retail experience or equivalent knowledge
