We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store is well-merchandised, assisting customers, and maintaining a clean and organized environment. Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers
• Communicate effectively with team members and store management
• Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues
• Participate in store inventory counts and adhere to cash policies
• Follow company policies and procedures to ensure a safe and secure environment

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to offer prompt and courteous customer service
• Proficient in cash register operations and equipment handling
• Capable of interpreting and applying company policies
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Prior retail experience is a plus
