Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service, maintaining store cleanliness, and ensuring merchandise displays are stocked and neat. You will collaborate with team members and follow guidelines to enhance the overall shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Provide excellent customer service, assist customers, and communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Participate in inventory counts, adhere to cash policies, and follow company procedures.

Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years.
• Ability to operate a cash register and company equipment.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
