Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment to ensure an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ALDI Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills consistently.
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Provide excellent customer service and assist customers during their shopping.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Report product feedback, inventory issues, and suggest improvements.
• Participate in inventory counts and follow cash handling policies.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures while maintaining security and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
• Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment.
• Capable of performing cleaning duties according to standards.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask efficiently.
• Compliance with state and local requirements for alcohol sales.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
• An equivalent combination of education and experience is acceptable.
