Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join our ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining store cleanliness to deliver an exceptional shopping experience to our customers.
Responsibilities
- Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
- Provide outstanding customer service, assist shoppers, and communicate effectively with the team.
- Contribute to maintaining inventory accuracy and participate in store inventory counts.
- Operate efficiently and adhere to cash handling policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older to apply.
- Prior retail experience and high school diploma preferred.
- Ability to operate a cash register, handle equipment, and perform general cleaning tasks.
- Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or in a team.
