Job Description

We are hiring a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and ensuring the store is well-maintained to provide an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves, merchandise displays, and maintain cleanliness in the store.
• Provide excellent customer service and assist shoppers during their store visit.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Participate in inventory management and adhere to cash handling policies.
• Perform general cleaning duties and assist in store operations as required.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate cash registers and equipment efficiently.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
