Job Description
As a Store Associate at Aldi, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store's success. From merchandising and stocking products to providing exceptional customer service, you will contribute to creating a positive shopping experience for our customers.
Position Details
- Job Type: Full-Time
- Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
- Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour
Duties and Responsibilities
- Demonstrate the ALDI Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills
- Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain displays
- Provide exceptional customer service and assist with shopping needs
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
- Conduct inventory counts and ensure accuracy
- Adhere to cash policies and procedures
- Follow company policies while ensuring security and confidentiality
- Perform other assigned duties
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older
- Ability to operate a cash register and equipment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Work effectively in a team environment
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
- High school diploma preferred
- Prior retail experience is a plus
