Job Description

Join ALDI as a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) and become part of a collaborative team dedicated to enhancing the customer shopping experience. As a Store Associate, your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining store cleanliness. You will also be expected to provide exceptional customer service and work closely with team members and store management.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
• Process purchases, maintain cleanliness, stock shelves, and assist customers.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively.
• Provide feedback on products, inventory, and store operations.
• Participate in inventory counts and ensure accuracy.
• Follow cash management procedures and company policies.

Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years old.
• Customer service and cash handling experience preferred.
• Ability to operate equipment and perform cleaning tasks.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Capable of working independently and in a team environment.
• Meet all state and local requirements for alcohol sales.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Previous retail experience is a plus.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience considered.
