Job Description

Join ALDI as a Full-Time Store Associate to be responsible for merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and maintaining store cleanliness. Enhance customer shopping experience by collaborating with the ALDI team and offering exceptional service.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Responsibilities:

• Demonstrate ALDI Acts Competencies for the role.
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash policies.
• Follow company policies, uphold security, confidentiality, and perform assigned duties.

Qualifications:

• Age requirement: 18 years or older.
• Ability to provide courteous customer service, operate a cash register, and use store equipment.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• High School Diploma preferred, retail experience beneficial.
