Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the overall store appearance to provide an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ALDI Acts Competencies and provide exceptional customer service.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Conduct store inventory counts, adhere to cash policies, and follow company procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to deliver prompt and friendly customer service, operate a cash register efficiently, and follow safety procedures for equipment handling.
• Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and in a team.
• High School Diploma preferred with retail experience considered a plus.
