Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring the store is well-organized, products are stocked, and customers receive exceptional service during their shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI Acts Competencies and Professional Skills in your role.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and arrange merchandise displays.
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist customers with their inquiries.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate clearly with management.
• Give feedback on product quality and inventory management.
• Adhere to cash handling policies and established company procedures.
• Contribute to periodic store inventory checks and ensure accuracy.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Possess excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to operate cash registers, equipment, and perform general cleaning tasks.
• Understand and apply company policies and procedures.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is advantageous.
