Job Description

Join ALDI as a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) and be a pivotal part of the store's operations. As a Store Associate, you will handle various responsibilities such as merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment to ensure a seamless shopping experience for customers.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $16.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
• Participate in inventory management and adhere to cash handling policies

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Ability to offer courteous customer service and operate a cash register proficiently
• Capability to operate store equipment safely and adhere to cleaning standards
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently or in a team
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
