Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store is well-organized, stocked, and maintained to provide an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Weekly Hours: 32-40 hours
• Starting Wage: $19.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Maintain store cleanliness and organization.
• Assist customers with their shopping needs and provide exceptional service.
• Stock shelves and merchandise displays accurately.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Follow company policies and procedures to uphold security and confidentiality.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register efficiently.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
