Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level)

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in creating a pleasant shopping experience for our customers. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, stock maintenance, cashiering, and ensuring the store's cleanliness and organization.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize product displays
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
• Monitor inventory accuracy and participate in store inventory counts
• Adhere to cash handling policies and minimize losses

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service
• Efficient operation of cash register and store equipment
• Capacity to follow company policies and procedures
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work both independently and in a team
• High school diploma preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
