Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers by maintaining a clean store, providing exceptional customer service, and collaborating with team members.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ALDI Acts Competencies and provide excellent customer service.
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to company policies.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and other store equipment.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
