Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join our dynamic team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and supporting the overall store operations. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, cashiering, and ensuring exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the ALDI team to enhance the customer shopping experience.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers with their shopping needs.
• Stock shelves, merchandise displays neatly, and maintain the store's cleanliness.
• Communicate effectively with team members and store management.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures to uphold security and confidentiality standards.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older to be employed for this role at ALDI.
• Ability to operate a cash register efficiently and accurately.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior work experience in a retail environment is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work both independently and within a team.
