We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to provide an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. You will work collaboratively with the ALDI team to ensure efficient store operations and deliver top-notch customer service.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize shelves.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and assist customers with their shopping needs.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Provide feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues.
• Participate in inventory counts and uphold cash handling policies.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to operate a cash register and store equipment.
• Capable of performing general cleaning duties and following company policies.
• High school diploma preferred; retail experience a plus.
