Join our team as a Full-Time Store Associate at Aldi! In this role, you will be responsible for merchandising products, cashiering, and maintaining store cleanliness to ensure an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. You'll collaborate with the ALDI team to provide top-tier customer service and contribute to the store's success.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's M.A.P. values consistently
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain displays
• Provide excellent customer service and assist shoppers
• Communicate effectively with team members and management
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash handling policies
• Follow company policies and procedures

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to provide courteous service and operate a cash register
• Operate equipment safely and efficiently
• Excellent communication skills
• Work effectively in a team or independently
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Retail experience preferred
• Equivalent combination of education and experience
