Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring the store is well-organized, clean, and provides exceptional customer service. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, cashiering, stocking shelves, and collaborating with the team to create a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Perform cashiering and general cleaning duties.
• Stock shelves and maintain merchandise displays.
• Provide exceptional customer service to enhance the shopping experience.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash policies.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and maintain confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to provide courteous customer service and operate a cash register.
• Capable of safely operating equipment and perform general cleaning tasks.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work both independently and in a team.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
