Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for various tasks including merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining store cleanliness. Working collaboratively with the Aldi team, you will provide exceptional customer service to enhance the shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills in the role.
• Perform customer purchases, maintain store cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
• Assist customers with shopping, collaborate with team members, and communicate effectively with store management.
• Provide feedback on products, inventory, and other store-related issues.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
• Efficient operation of a cash register and store equipment.
• Compliance with company policies, excellent communication skills, and attention to detail.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma preferred.
• Prior retail work experience beneficial.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience considered.
