Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level)

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment to provide exceptional customer service. You will collaborate with the ALDI team to enhance the shopping experience for our customers.

Job Type: Full-Time

Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
Starting Wage: $16.50 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI Acts Competencies and Professional Skills.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and stock shelves.
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and participate in inventory counts.
• Adhere to cash handling policies and company procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to offer prompt and courteous customer service.
• Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment.
• Capable of following company policies and procedures.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team.
• High school diploma preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
