Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join our ALDI team. In this role, you will be responsible for various in-store tasks, including merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and maintaining cleanliness to ensure an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Perform cashier duties and maintain the store's cleanliness.
• Stock shelves and ensure merchandise displays are neat.
• Provide excellent customer service and assist shoppers.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Participate in inventory management and adhere to store policies.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and store equipment.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
