Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level)

Job Description

Join ALDI as a Full-Time Store Associate and play a key role in providing exceptional customer service. As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining store cleanliness to ensure a pleasant shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ALDI Acts Competencies and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain displays
• Deliver exceptional customer service and assist shoppers
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
• Provide feedback on products and inventory management
• Adhere to cash handling policies and company procedures

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older to apply
• Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment
• Capable of performing physical tasks and lifting up to 45 pounds
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
