Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join ALDI, a leading retail company. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store runs smoothly by merchandising products, cashiering, and maintaining cleanliness. Your focus will be on enhancing the shopping experience for customers through exceptional service and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers
• Communicate effectively with team members and management
• Offer feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues
• Participate in inventory counts and ensure accuracy
• Adhere to cash handling policies and company procedures

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service
• Efficient operation of a cash register and equipment
• Experience in retail preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• High school diploma or equivalent
