Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment to ensure an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ACTS Competencies, and Professional Skills.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and assist shoppers in finding products.
• Collaborate with team members and provide feedback to store management.
• Participate in inventory counts and uphold cash policies.
• Adhere to company policies and ensure security and confidentiality.
• Perform stocking and physical tasks within the store environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to provide excellent customer service and operate a cash register.
• Capable of using equipment and following company procedures.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work independently or in a team.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask efficiently.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
