Job Description

We are looking for a motivated individual to join our team as a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring the store is well-organized, merchandise is stocked, and customers receive exceptional service. This position offers a starting wage of $18.00 per hour with an average of 32-40 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise products, cashier, and maintain store cleanliness.
• Provide exceptional customer service by assisting shoppers.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and provide feedback on product quality.
• Adhere to cash handling policies and uphold company standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum age of 18 years.
• Ability to operate a cash register and retail equipment.
