Job Description

We are looking for a motivated Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store is organized, welcoming, and well-stocked while providing exceptional customer service. You will work collaboratively with the Aldi team to create a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Perform cashiering duties and process customer purchases efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the store by stocking shelves and merchandise displays.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers with their shopping needs.
• Communicate effectively with team members and store management.
• Participate in inventory counts and monitor inventory accuracy.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and security measures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and other store equipment.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Able to work independently and in a team environment.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
