Job Description

As a Full-Time Store Associate at Aldi, you will play a key role in ensuring the store is well-organized, stocked, and provides excellent customer service. You will collaborate with the ALDI team to maintain a clean and welcoming store environment for shoppers.

Responsibilities

• Operate cash registers, stock shelves, and assist customers with their shopping experience.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Maintain inventory accuracy, adhere to cash policies, and uphold company procedures.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to provide courteous customer service and operate cash registers efficiently.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well independently and in a team.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
