Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store is well-organized, stocked, and provides exceptional customer service. You will collaborate with team members, assist customers with their shopping experience, and uphold company standards.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Act Competencies, and Professional Skills.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
• Provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and participate in inventory counts.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Efficient cash register operation and equipment handling skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• High school diploma preferred.
