Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join our ALDI team. You will play a vital role in enhancing the customer shopping experience by ensuring the store is well-organized, stocked, and providing exceptional service.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.50 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Merchandising, stock replenishment, and cashiering
• Provide exceptional customer service and collaborate with the team
• Assist in maintaining inventory accuracy and store cleanliness
• Adhere to cash handling policies and procedures

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Prior retail experience preferred
• Ability to operate cash register and various equipment
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
