Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to ensure an excellent shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, maintain clean store premises, and organize merchandise displays
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers during their shopping journey
• Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate clearly with management
• Offer feedback on products, inventory, scanning accuracy, and other store-related issues
• Participate in inventory counts, follow cash handling procedures, and uphold company policies

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older
• Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment
• Ability to provide courteous customer service and follow company policies
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work both independently and in a team
• Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of multitasking efficiently
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Experience in a retail setting is a plus
