Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring the store is well-organized, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining a clean and inviting shopping environment for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases efficiently and accurately.
• Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly.
• Assist customers with their shopping experience.
• Communicate effectively with team members and store management.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and participate in store inventory counts.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
• Ability to provide excellent customer service.
• Operate a cash register and store equipment efficiently.
• Follow company policies and procedures diligently.
