Job Description

As an Aldi Store Associate, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the store's success by efficiently handling merchandising, cashiering, and various cleaning tasks. You will collaborate with the ALDI team to create an exceptional shopping experience for customers, providing top-tier customer service.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills.
• Process customer purchases, maintain store cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and support colleagues and management effectively.
• Offer feedback on products, inventory, and operational improvements.
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash handling policies.
• Comply with company policies, ensuring security and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Proficient in customer service and cash register operation.
• Ability to use store equipment safely and efficiently.
• Excellent communication skills and a team player attitude.
• Organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask effectively.
• Compliance with state and local regulations for alcohol sales.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience is acceptable.
