Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join the ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for various tasks including merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to provide exceptional customer service and enhance the shopping experience.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $16.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management
• Participate in inventory counts and uphold cash policies
• Adhere to company policies and procedures while ensuring data security and confidentiality

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older
• Operate cash register efficiently
• Ability to operate store equipment and perform general cleaning duties
• Good communication skills and attention to detail
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
