Job Description

Join ALDI as a Full-Time Store Associate and play a vital role in ensuring an exceptional customer shopping experience. As a member of the team, you will handle merchandising, cashiering, and cleaning duties to maintain a well-organized and welcoming store environment.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize product displays.
• Provide superior customer service and collaborate effectively with team members.
• Assist with inventory management and follow cash handling procedures.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment.
• Capable of physical tasks, such as stocking shelves and lifting up to 45 pounds.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team.

Education & Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
• Ability to learn and adapt to ALDI's policies and procedures.
