Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join the ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring the store is well-organized, customers receive exceptional service, and merchandise is stocked and displayed efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI Mindsets and Competencies in daily tasks.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize product displays.
• Provide outstanding customer service by assisting shoppers and collaborating with team members.
• Deliver feedback on inventory, product quality, and any issues to management.
• Contribute to inventory counts and follow cash handling policies.
• Adhere to company policies ensuring security and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to offer prompt, courteous customer service.
• Efficient operation of cash register and store equipment.
• Capable of maintaining cleanliness to company standards.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team.
• High school diploma preferred, with retail experience beneficial.
