Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join our ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to provide exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves neatly, and assist customers in their shopping experience.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Provide feedback on products, inventory, and participate in store inventory counts.
• Adhere to cash policies, company procedures, and maintain document security.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Efficient operation of cash registers and store equipment.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• High school diploma preferred, retail experience a plus.
