Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join the ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness. By delivering exceptional customer service and collaborating effectively with the team, you will contribute to enhancing the shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Assist customers, maintain cleanliness, and organize displays
• Provide feedback on products, inventory, and store operations
• Participate in inventory management and uphold cash policies
• Adhere to company policies and procedures

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older
• Customer service and cash register operation skills
• Able to operate equipment and follow safety protocols
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
