Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves neatly, and maintain merchandise displays
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience
• Communicate effectively with team members and store management
• Offer feedback on products, inventory, and store operations
• Participate in store inventory counts and monitor inventory accuracy
• Adhere to cash policies to minimize losses
• Follow established company policies and procedures while upholding security and confidentiality
• Perform other assigned duties as needed

Qualifications

To excel in this role, you should be 18 years or older and possess excellent communication skills. You must also be able to operate a cash register efficiently, handle equipment safely, maintain cleanliness, and follow company policies diligently. Additionally, high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, with prior retail experience beneficial.
