Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks including merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment to provide customers with an exceptional shopping experience.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and provide exceptional customer service.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly.
• Maintain store cleanliness and uphold company policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to operate a cash register and other store equipment.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work both independently and within a team.
