Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the customer shopping experience by providing exceptional service, maintaining the store's appearance, and assisting customers with their needs.

Responsibilities

• Perform cashiering duties, stock merchandise, and maintain clean store premises.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Provide feedback on products, inventory, and customer interactions.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
• Operate a cash register efficiently and handle equipment safely.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
