Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level)

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in merchandising, stocking products, operating the cash register, and maintaining the cleanliness of our store. Your focus on enhancing the customer shopping experience and providing exceptional service will contribute to the success of our store.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
• Contribute to inventory control and cash management
• Adhere to company policies and ensure security and confidentiality

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service
• Proficient in cash register operation and equipment handling
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
