Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level)

Job Description

As a Full-Time Store Associate at ALDI, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and working collaboratively with the team. Your responsibilities will include cashiering, stocking shelves, and providing exceptional customer service.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $16.50 per hour

Key Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise
• Offer outstanding customer service and communicate effectively with colleagues and management
• Provide feedback on products and inventory, participate in inventory counts, and adhere to cash policies
• Follow company procedures, ensure document security, and perform assigned duties

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Proficient in customer service and cash register operation
• Able to operate equipment and perform cleaning tasks
• Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently or in a team
• High School Diploma preferred, retail experience a plus
