Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level)

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring the store is well-organized, customers receive exceptional service, and merchandise is neatly displayed. This position offers a starting wage of $16.50 per hour, working 32-40 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, maintain store cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers
• Communicate effectively with team members and store management
• Monitor inventory accuracy and participate in store inventory counts
• Adhere to cash handling policies and company procedures
• Follow all company policies ensuring security and confidentiality

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
