Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the overall cleanliness and organization of the store.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P).
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize product displays.
• Assist customers to ensure a pleasant shopping experience.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and participate in store inventory counts.
• Adhere to cash policies and company procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to provide excellent customer service.
• Efficient cash register operation.
• Operate equipment safely and effectively.
• Adapt to company policies and procedures.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.
• Meet state and local requirements for alcohol handling and sales.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma preferred.
• Prior retail work experience preferred.
• Equivalent knowledge from education and experience.
