Job Description

Join ALDI as a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) and play a vital role in merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and maintaining the store's appearance. Collaborate with the ALDI team to provide exceptional customer service and enhance the shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
• Assist customers, communicate effectively with the team and management.
• Provide feedback on products, inventory accuracy, and operational issues.
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash policies.
• Follow company procedures, uphold security, and confidentiality standards.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Effective customer service and cash register operation skills.
• Proficient in using store equipment and performing cleaning tasks.
• Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
• High school diploma preferred, retail experience is a plus.
