Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in enhancing the customer shopping experience by ensuring the store remains clean, well-stocked, and providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly.
• Process customer purchases and provide exceptional customer service.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and participate in store inventory counts.
• Adhere to cash policies and procedures to minimize losses.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Prior experience in a retail environment preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
