Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in maintaining the store’s appearance, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting the store operations.

Responsibilities

• Stock merchandise, process customer purchases, and maintain the cleanliness of the store.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Assist customers with inquiries and ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Follow company policies and procedures to uphold store security and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older to apply.
• Ability to provide excellent customer service and operate a cash register.
• Capable of performing physical tasks like stocking shelves and lifting up to 45 pounds.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
