Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level)

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the cleanliness of the store to ensure a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
• Process customer purchases, maintain store cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers with their shopping needs.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and participate in inventory counts.

Requirements

• Minimum age of 18 years to work at ALDI.
• Customer service-oriented with cash register and equipment operation skills.
• Ability to follow company policies, work independently, and in a team setting.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred, retail experience a plus.
