Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a critical role in ensuring the store is well-organized, customers receive exceptional service, and the overall shopping experience is enjoyable.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise and stock products efficiently.
• Operate the cash register accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the store.
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers with their needs.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Contribute to inventory management and store security.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Prior retail experience is preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to follow company policies and procedures.
• Capacity to handle physical demands of the role.
